Zach Conover – General Manager

Zach Conover joined Truestone as General Manager in July 2018. In his earlier career, Zach served as an officer in the U.S. Coast Guard, which included an operational shipboard tour and one in engineering management. His background has provided him with a deep knowledge of the maritime market (USN, USCG, USMC, NOAA). Zach joins us from Geodesicx, a government contracting company focused on work in the maritime sector. In that role, he most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. Prior responsibilities there included strategic analysis, planning, and development of business solutions and opportunities primarily focused on broadening the customer base throughout the USN, USMC, and USCG. He joined Geodesicx in 2010 following the company’s acquisition of the intellectual property of CrossRate Technology, LLC, where Zach was founder and CEO.

Zach holds an Executive MBA from Drexel University and earned his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.

Jayce L. Trammel – Program Manager, Telecommunications and Engineering Operations

Jayce has 20 years of experience in the Networking, IT and Telecommunications industries supporting various engineering and management platforms. Having supported the global network infrastructures of several major telecom carriers (ex. Cable & Wireless, Sprint (PCS), T-Mobile), he has progressively worked in the Network Operations and Management, Network Design, and Senior Program Management capacities for wired, wireless and Government system’s integrator organizations with roles supporting change and configuration management, network architecture and systems deployments. Jayce is currently responsible for operation and evolution of Truestone’s Undersea Network Operations Center, a $100M Lifecycle, Kwajalein Cable System for DISA, OM&R operations for the Alaska Pacific Cable Program, along with Business Development objectives for telecommunications platforms and multiple undersea cable programs.

Josh Evans – Project Manager

Josh joined Truestone over ten years ago and is currently the Project Manager for the Maritime Operations Unit in Suffolk, VA. Earlier in his career, he served in the United States Navy for six years as a Sonar Technician/Operator and Training Supervisor onboard the USS Monterey (CG-61), after which he continued supporting the military as a government contractor. In his current role, Josh provides program management, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) support for Truestone’s United States Navy and Coast Guard businesses, including shipboard system engineering and legacy equipment refurbishment projects.

Josh earned both an MBA and an undergraduate degree in Information Technology from Stratford University.
