Warren Soloduk – Managing Director

Warren brings over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, contracting, project management, business development, sales and marketing, and operations management to the Truestone Team. During Warren's civilian career and as an officer with the U.S. Coast Guard, he served on assignments that spanned the globe, and after September 2001, was recalled to active duty to serve at the Pentagon in the Office of Homeland Defense and at the newly formed National Counter Terrorism Center as the senior DHS representative. Before joining Truestone, Warren had served as a Vice President at TKC Technology Solutions, which was the predecessor of Truestone, and as the President and CEO of an aircraft, software and control systems company that specializes in autonomous and optionally manned aircraft systems for the U.S. Government. Warren serves on the Board of Rivers of Recovery, a non-profit organization that focuses on providing meaningful and innovative rehabilitation programs to disabled active duty service members and veterans.

Timothy Julian – Senior Director, Suffolk Operations

Tim is responsible for managing Truestone's Maritime Operations Business Unit located in Suffolk, VA. Tim has more than 20 years of technical and management experience in Systems Engineering, Systems/Network Integration and IT Hardware support for a wide variety of U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard and Joint Command C4ISR programs on shipboard, shore based and aviation platforms. His background in the dynamic and challenging Alteration Installation Team (AIT) environment is the foundation of his solid management expertise as well as his broad technical capabilities.

Peter O. Simon – Director, Army Programs

Pete Simon brings more than 30 years of Department of Defense and industry experience to managing Truestone's Army Programs and the Mission and Operations Support Practice Area. Pete's Army service included multiple foreign postings and special operations assignments and culminated in directing the Army G-1's Operations Directorate in the Pentagon's Army Operations Center. His industry experience includes Project and Program Management, Business Development, Sales and Marketing, and Operations Management. Prior to joining Truestone, Pete co-directed the development, implementation, and sustainment of a major Army transactional web application and served as Executive Vice President and President for the U.S. Business Units of a well-known German small arms manufacturer. Pete is directly responsible for the strategic direction and management the company's Army Programs, leads the company's Defense/Army Business Development efforts, and serves as the Mission and Operation Support Practice Area Lead.

Skelly Holmbeck – Director, New Market Development

Skelly spearheads Truestone's drive to serve new markets, with a focus on applying proven technologies and systems to arenas that can benefit from lessons learned in demanding environments. Skelly has proven experience bringing companies into new markets, launching new organizations and initiatives, and driving innovation. Her experience includes leading efforts to bring a major consulting firm into a new market, working with an internet startup to introduce innovative mobile technologies, and launching an international partnership for a Fortune 200 company. She has worked extensively with public and private sectors to solve problems in complex technical, scientific, and political environments. Skelly has a background in physics, with a BS from Clemson University and an MS from the University of Georgia.

Steven Johnson – Solutions Architect

As Truestone's Solutions Architect, Steven brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in the design, development and delivery of technology-based solutions. Supporting the Federal, State, and commercial sectors, he specializes in solving complex business issues through a combination of business process engineering and integrating IT support systems. Prior to joining Truestone, he worked in both the product and service industries, including Computer Associates as Director of Mid-Atlantic professional services, and CSC as a senior program manager for key DoD contracts. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in MIS from George Mason University and a Master of Science in Management of IT from the University of Virginia.

Kala Fleming, PhD – Energy & Sustainability Practice Manager

Dr. Fleming leads Truestone's effort to support federal agencies as they measure and report environmental impact, adopt clean energy alternatives and plan for a changing climate. With more than 10 years of private sector strategic management experience, she has provided the full scope of support for developing and evaluating environmental programs, managing risk, allocating resources and leading teams. As Sustainability Manager at Campbell Soup, she designed and implemented energy efficiency, water conservation and organizational effectiveness initiatives for operations in Washington State. She holds a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
