Warren Soloduk – President
Warren brings over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, contracting, project management, business development, sales and marketing, and operations management to the Truestone Team. During Warren's civilian career and as an officer with the U.S. Coast Guard, he served on assignments that spanned the globe, and after September 2001, was recalled to active duty to serve at the Pentagon in the Office of Homeland Defense and at the newly formed National Counter Terrorism Center as the senior DHS representative. Before joining Truestone, Warren had served as a Vice President at TKC Technology Solutions, which was the predecessor of Truestone, and as the President and CEO of an aircraft, software and control systems company that specializes in autonomous and optionally manned aircraft systems for the U.S. Government. Warren serves on the Board of Rivers of Recovery, a non-profit organization that focuses on providing meaningful and innovative rehabilitation programs to disabled active duty service members and veterans.
Rick Stanchi – Director, Herndon Operations
Rick is responsible for leading Truestone's Herndon (Northern Virginia) based business unit where he manages a broad scope of contracts and operations proudly serving several federal government agencies. He brings over 30 years of military and commercial experience to the Truestone Team. While on active duty, Rick played key roles in several significant activities including being the Coast Guard's first Coordinator for Maritime Domain Awareness, serving as the Chief of Response for Alaska and North Pacific operations, commanding an Alaska based air station and serving as the Caribbean based Air Boss for multi-unit aviation resources during the largest counter-narcotics operation in Coast Guard history. Rick was also the VP and COO for a private equity firm engaged in international, aviation, energy, and real estate transactions. Rick graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and holds an EMBA from George Mason University where he graduated with honors.
Tom Gigliotti – Director, Suffolk Maritime
Tom is responsible for managing Truestone's Maritime Operations Business Unit located in Suffolk, VA. He brings 33 years of military and commercial experience to the Truestone Team. While on active duty, Tom held several leadership positions in the naval engineering field before retiring in 2000. Prior to his role as Director, Tom served as the Deputy Director and a Program Manager with Truestone for over 4 years and in that time successfully managed multiple large scale projects and programs in support of the United States Coast Guard Command, Control, and Communications Engineering Center (C3CEN) and the United States Navy Space and Naval Warfare Center (SPAWAR). He obtained his Master’s degree from Grantham University in Information Management Technology and his Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems from St. Leo University, both with honors. Tom is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and has held certifications with Cisco. Through his extensive management and operations experiences, Tom provides leadership and experience to the business unit.
Kim Cook – Director, Business Development
Kim Cook has more than 20 years of experience in the identification and implementation of new technology innovations to solve key challenges for customers in consumer products, intelligence, national security, climate change and sustainable development. Kim came to Truestone from a position supporting federal government customers on a range of issues related to Climate Change, Clean Energy and Sustainable Development, with a particular focus on the identification and integration of new technology and innovation to address key challenges. She has a proven track record for identifying, evaluating and closing investments in and implementing technology solutions to achieve strategic goals and create customer value. Her hands-on, operational experience includes roles in strategic planning, program management, customer support, software engineering, finance, marketing and law, supporting both commercial and government customers. Kim holds a J.D. from Georgetown University and is an attorney licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey and Washington D.C. She also holds a M.S. in International Business from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and a B.S. degree in Information Systems from George Mason University.
Bob Strong – Director, Business Operations
Bob Strong has 24 years of operations experience as a professional leader, program manager, instructor, and Marine Corps officer and aviator. He has extensive experience standing-up and managing high ops-tempo tasks for Corps-level joint staffs and both large & small companies providing Intelligence and ISR services to DoD customers in the Washington DC area, as well as the CENTCOM and AFRICOM AORs. He holds master degrees in Business Administration, and Educational Leadership, Training & Management, and is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. Bob is responsible for strategic planning, program management, customer support, and business development in the DoD/DHS realm, and is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Rodney Gray – Manager, Business Development
Rodney brings 15 years of engineering, technology insertion and management experience involving shipboard and land based C4ISR, optical, and navigation systems. Prior to his role as Business Development Manager, Rodney served as the Acting Director of Suffolk Maritime and a PM with Truestone within the past 6 years and in that time successfully managed multiple large scale projects and programs in support of the United States Coast Guard Command, Control, and Communications Engineering Center (C3CEN) and the United States Navy Space and Naval Warfare Center (SPAWAR). He obtained extensive leadership training through Villanova University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He has been a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) since 2007. Through his diverse technical background and extensive training in areas of project and contract management, Rodney provides value and leadership to all Truestone engagements.
Rich Witherspoon – Manager, DOD Programs
Rich Witherspoon manages Truestone's DOD programs. He has extensive leadership, management, strategic planning, education, and defense policy experience in U.S. and multinational environments, including Field Artillery commands, service on DoD, Joint, Army and NATO military staffs, and faculty positions at two military colleges. He has successfully led programs, managed teams and organizations and conducted research across a wide spectrum of activities, most recently as strategic planner recently for the Joint IED Defeat Organization and JIEDDO's Counter-IED Operations/Intelligence Integration Center. Rich has a masters degree in Political Science from the University of California and is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy.
