Jack Littley — President and Chief Operating Officer

Jack has over 35 years of experience managing operations, technology and corporate strategy in the government and technology services industry.  Prior to coming to Truestone, Jack managed operations for GTSI Corp, a $1Billion technology product and service company.  As a co-founder and senior executive of BTG, Inc., Jack spent several years overseeing the development and deployment of systems for the U.S. Navy and Air Force, the Federal Aviation Administration and the Defense intelligence community.  Jack has served as president, senior vice president and CEO for several leading firms, managing a vast array of technology management initiatives for the public and private sector.  He began his career in the US Army, where he served with the Computer Systems and Support Evaluation Command.  He received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University, an MBA from Virginia Tech, and a Doctorate of Science in Engineering Management and Systems Engineering from George Washington University.


Rick Deloney — Sr. Vice President, Corporate Development

Rick has over 17 years of business development and program management experience and is an expert at driving top-line revenue and bottom-line profit. Prior to joining Truestone, Rick founded West Windsor, a business consulting firm helping companies grow sales, improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction. Before West Windsor, Rick was SVP of Business Development for TechTeam Government Solutions, where he led acquisition and integration efforts and his team grew revenue from $47M to $90M. Rick also served as VP of DoD Sales and Corporate Development at GTSI, where his 111-person sales organization won over $730M in new contract awards over a 20-month period. Rick’s experience also includes enterprise-level operations and line management at NCI Information Systems, CSC and COMSAT Corporation. During his 21 year career in the United States Air Force, Rick attained the rank of Colonel and served at all command levels. He earned his BS in Mathematics from the University of Alabama and holds an MS in Public Administration from Central Michigan University. Rick is Chairman of Saddleback Communications and serves on the Board of the Mariposa Foundation—a charitable organization supporting wounded military veterans in Arizona.


John Sankovich — Vice President, Federal Civilian Services

John has over 20 years of government and commercial leadership experience with a proven record of proposing and managing complex programs and deliverables.  His experience includes a variety of clients and organizations including Health and Human Services, Executive Office of the President, FBI, NSA, AT&T, and General Motors.  John maintains a strong proficiency in systems engineering and analytical problem solving developed through a combination of professional and academic achievement.  He has extensive experience in the areas of consulting, telecommunications, and information technology products and services.  John is a graduate of Purdue University (BS Engineering) and the University of Pittsburgh (MS Engineering and MBA).


Grayson Young —Vice President, Maritime Operations

Photo of Jack Littley, Truestone President and Chief Operating Officer.Grayson has over 25 years experience working in the C4I business area working with customers including the US Navy, US Coast Guard, US Army and US Airforce.  Current responsibilities are to build a solid business base for the Mid Atlantic division of Truestone. Business areas include engineering and technical support for shipboard and shore technical C4I related services.  Mid Atlantic specific areas include LAN/WAN, Communications, Sensors, Surveillance Systems design, installation and integration.  Prior to his current position at Truestone Grayson was a Vice President/Sr Director at various companies including General Dynamics supporting DOD as program manager of several large contracts for DHS and the US Navy.  As program manager Grayson provided support on programs including Secure Voice/Red Switch, Satellite and Exterior Communications, Electronic Warfare and Shore based Coast Guard communications upgrades.  Grayson holds a BS in Engineering Technology and a Masters in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University.


Cathy Yandel — Director, Defense and National Security

Cathy is a proven C-level executive with many years of experience in Federal Government and commercial information technology and systems integration.  Cathy is adept at strategic planning, leading organizational change and launching new products and services — particularly for high-growth companies.  Prior to joining Truestone, Cathy was Managing Director of NewPlan, where she provided C-Level advisory services to Federal Systems Integrators and Government Agencies on strategy implementation and improving operations.  Cathy has served as Director of Corporate Development for Robbins-Gioia, where she was responsible for strategic planning, R&D and M&A.  As a founding member of BTG, Cathy managed systems integration projects for the DoD Intelligence Community and helped lead the company to over one-half billion in revenues, 1,600 employees, and a successful IPO.  Cathy has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a BS in Computer Science from the Pennsylvania State University.
